I'm not making an accusation or trying to criticize you, I just prefer it when people disclose whether something is made with AI or not. I don't quite like it when that fact is hidden since it feels like an attempt to deceive the reader, if you get what I'm saying... Please don't feel pressured to reply if you don't want to ^^
Some things here and there, but mostly due to a comment I saw them replying to. Still, I don't consider it enough "evidence", which is why I'm asking directly. I hope I didn't come off as rude.
I use it for coding, a sounding board for ideas, and sometimes immediate feedback when I'm stuck. I don't use it to write for me, but it's also not something I felt I needed to disclose because I don't think my use is being dishonest.
I absolutely love this. I'm so endeared and in awe, especially at the writing... and the plot itself. The characters too are so interesting in their own unique ways ^<^)9
My favorite as of now is Xiao, despite not having much interactions with them so far, I still enjoyed every scenes they were in.
I also really like Hestia, a sweetheart for real.
Gab makes me swoon, I didn't expect them to be so sweet? I saw in Tmblr that their angst is 10/10 and I was so shookt like... HUH?!?!?! NO WAY?!?!?! WHAT. (I'm so excited to play their route once it's finished)

Probably just adding another voice to the choir here, but this game was amazing. Not only did I enjoy all of the characters and relationships presented, but the worldbuilding and fights, which I typically dislike in games like this, were enjoyable as well.
The ability to choose details about myself and the other characters definitely helped to immerse me, even if they were small things like the colors of the blindfold, and it definitely made the romantic scenes much more enjoyable, though that's probably the whole point.
Furthering that idea, massive bonus points for being able to ride the line between a protagonist that is completely underdeveloped and one that the player can't reasonably conceive of as themselves. I was excited every time something was revealed about the player character, rather than being frustrated that I barely knew anything about someone who was supposed to be me.
Can't wait to see where this project goes in the future
Just a little tip (from a brief search I did-I'm no expert) an odachi is either carried arround on one's shoulder or at the hip. It cannot be drawn by the wielder if it is on the back. This is reserved for when there is assistance by someone else and they draw the sword.
omg i just finished the demo so far and it's so amazing!! i find the worldbuilding so interesting, and the characters are all written in such unique ways. i also love that the poly routes (at least for Leese/mc/Gabriel bc thats the route i chose lol) are set up early and organically. i just followed the tumblr, and am eagerly awaiting whenever the next update arrives :3
I came across this game by chance, and I have to say, this totally took me out of my "game burnout". I love the story and the characters, and I'm eager to hear how the rest of the story plays out. In the meantime, I think it may be fun to draw some fan art :)
While typically woke stuff is a huge turn off for me the description looked interesting enough, so I decided to give it a try... and I wasn't disappointed.
The story consistently had me intrigued, I (mostly) liked the characters (especially Lea) most of the customization options were cool and I'm very much looking forward to more. I have just one issue however, and that would be the player character.
For my playthrough I decided to play as a cis gendered male, and so it was distracting how much of his dialogue and internal monologues really didn't sound like someone a man would think, say or react. To give one example: the *encounter* with the Baron (I'm leaving out specifics to avoid spoilers) is not how a medieval Baron would treat another man, at least not in front of others, and after picking the bottom option the dialogue my character made while talking to Lyari was *far* off of what any man would say in a modern, liberal first world country let alone in a medieval setting.
I know from the length of the block of text above it seems like I'm making a *huge* deal out this, but it was really only the solid complaint I could think of, so I wanted to be as thorough as reasonably possible. I understand that you can choose your character's gender and I don't expect you to write two separate types of dialogue based on what your character's gender is, but it was bit disappointing considering I'm trying to roleplay as a man and like I said earlier, distracting.
It feels like choosing your character's gender boils down to little more than swapping pronouns and genitals purely for the sake of inclusivity instead of being a meaningful choice with any inherit vaule, like in Mass Effect for example, but that it's exactly fair to compare the two, however that's the experience I have and as you've might've guessed by my username, that's just the first thing I thought of. Maybe it was a bit of a bigger deal than I let on.
I'm certainly not going to toss away something I other really enjoy just because I *one* issue I have with it. That one scene was just that, *one* scene and at least some of the rest of it I *could* just be looking too much into. I just thought I'd give my thorough and honest opinion because it didn't sit right with me to stay silent about something I really like to the person who made it. I guess I'm just passionate about it.
I'm really looking forward to seeing this continue to grow both tall and wide.

I know this is 3 months old already but on the topic of dialogue this world is very clearly not ours seeing as how there's monsters and magic and for your own character it's not like he had a normal childhood and just with the setting that it's in and the backstory that we know about its not like we can expect "normal" dialogue or responses for our character
Also just because it's in a medieval setting doesn't change to fact that it's FANTASY and I don't really see a reason why I he mc would need to respond in a "modern, liberal first world country" kind of way.

Ngl, I haven't finished the game yet, but so far it's been amazing, but 2 "issues" I'd like to report are:
1- No images. It's a game set in history obviously, and I'm loving it, but sometimes I'd like to see the appearance of who I'm talking to and even see myself lol
2- No download for phone. Is something that really have oissed me off playing in browser sometimes make you loose your save (already happend 3 times) and i'd love to play it without internet also.

I've received reports for save issues on mobile, which seem to stem from certain browsers. Unfortunately, there's nothing I can really do on my end. I've only tested Firefox and Google Chrome, without issue on either, but I'll quote a comment further down:
"For now Opera GX seems to completely not work. Google/Chrome mostly seems fine, but saving does sometimes bug (I'm not sure what the condition for it is) and Kiwi Browser and Brave work the best."

I was just reading your comment, and saw that the game cannot be played on a phone.
While I was saddened that I couldn't play it on my android phone, I then tried to download the game and play it in Joiplay.
To my surprise, it worked for me while I hadn't gotten deep into the game, I am happy to see the game could be played in my phone with the Joiplay app.

ive finished the game and i really like it. i have some questions, i hope you can answer:
1.) what exactly do the guilt bar represent? mybe you can explain it to me?
=> depending on the level ofthe guilt bar, will it be responsible for certain events in the future? e.g. will a full guilt bar lead to an bad end OR will it lead to an automatically confession of MC?
2.) i personal was a little confused what the percentage of each skill means. to clarify: if i have 10% in a stat, does that mean MC is bad in that skill or is MC considered professional in each skill and each percentage number means she is getting more skilled? i hope you undertand what i mean ;)
3.) at the end of the version i checked the "final" stats i had with my companions and was wondering: if i choose the romance option with a character, that would mean that i "loose" the options that would increase the friendship bar. does this mean i can end up with high romance but low friendship? will there be an option (maybe when the relationship becomes official) that the friendship bar automaticly increases?
=> in my playthrough i had gabriel at 40% friendship (i think it said something about "he is your good friend" or somehting like that) and i only chose the friendly options; while i decided to romance lyth (chose mostly romance options and being friendly to him) and in the end only had 27% friendship.

femininity and masculinity are a spectrum so it’s not really clear what that would entail anyway and there are certain things that would be offensive to people if automatically assumed feminine based on any person’s own individual definition of feminine. Long story short: that is something that is very divisive and not something that can be implemented very easily. Sorry but by catering to your interests, the author easily could be going against the interests of others. I don’t care either way, I’m okay with whatever the author decides but strong opinions do exist.

I just felt like every guy is buffed up beard having person (heck there are buffed up girls as well) The only one who feels feminine is probably the elf.

You are correct that this is a rather large request. All of my characters are planned out already, and I have no plans to make new ones. As Redgiga26 mentioned, there are complexities in character design. Creating characters that are not only relatable but respectful is important to me. When I create a character, I develop them as their own person and then imagine what they look like. If my vision doesn't align with what everyone wants, what can I say?
I also want to clarify that not everyone is buffed up: Gabriel and Leese, sure — they're knights who underwent physical training. Lyth, Admos, and Xiaowen are on the slender side, with one of them being pretty tall. If they're still not to your liking, then there's not much more I can do.
While I'm not able to cater to every individual preference, I have been considering letting players choose the heights of certain ROs because that's a relatively small adjustment that doesn't compromise my vision — it's something I discussed at some point. However, it's the only thing I'm willing to do at the moment.
I love this game so so so so so so much but I cannot get the saves to work no matter what I do. I got to about chapter three and lost hours worth of progress. I tried getting back, making sure I was logged in, turning off incognito, all of it, and just now I lost my progress again. I’m going to take a break from playing just for my mental sanity.

Hi, if you're talking about "Save to disk" i also had this problem. Tried like 4 different browsers. The one that works for me is called "Brave" with lion icon :)

It's not necessarily game's problem as it may be more of a browser problem (some other games are similar in terms of saving with this browsers).
Masterpiece. I'm into a lot of stories. My hobby is playing story games in my free time. This story brought tears to my eyes more than 5 times before I even fought the golem. My only path is a harem if possible or just focus on Lea. Lea is the best. She is the real heroine of the story. I'm angry that she was turned into a vampire. I'm going to kill the person who turned her into a vampire myself if possible! Imagining that Lea was one of a vampire's meals and that vampire was interested in her and only saw her as a delicious meal made me very angry. I would definitely kill that vampire if the story gave me the chance. Lea has been through a lot. I really want to see the MC to have a happy life with the family(Lover) after suffering for many years. I love this game. I love the story. It's a beautiful little world.
I think there is a problem somewhere in chapter 2, when Lady Tarron accompanied me to see Leese, he said something about my blood being heavy with arcane and the fact that he lost self-control. I did not go through this scene. Maybe it should’ve happened after we went to buy a new armor but he never tried anything and yet he told me that, so that’s why I think that a scene is missing.
i’m absolutely loving this IF so far, but i’ve just gotten to the point where you can decide your dynamic with Harus and … i’m a bit sussed out that it can be something romantic with him ? MC and him met when they (MC) was just a child (16) right? the implications of that relationship between them is a bit scary 😟

I'm sorry if it wasn't clear: the MC is almost 27, and the possible relationship with Harus started 3 years ago. If you're concerned about grooming, this was not the case. The dynamics between Harus and the MC will be explored, but it's important to note that nothing occurred until the MC was of age and initiated it themselves.
I hope this clears things up, and I'll try to word it more clearly in the story as well!

I am so in love with your work! With your writing! I never thought I'd actually adore an MC in these kinds of things but you made them so amazing and they have an actual personality to boot! It didn't even felt like I was playing nor even customized the character myself--it felt like I was just all cozied up and reading an actual novel in my head! It was that natural with how you weaved everything!
I cannot wait to see how the story unfolds. The world is so interesting. The magic and the characters, it makes me so fascinated to learn more of it. I adore Lea so much but I also adore Gabriel, Lyari, Hestia--just everyone really! (Tho I am sad that we didn't get a Lea/Gabriel check up duo option in the castle haha!)

They are working fine for me. If you're able to, could you try a different browser and see if that helps? Additionally, make sure your browser allows cookies and has local storage enabled. If you happen to be using incognito or private browsing mode, these can also prevent saves.

I'm so attached to the protagonist, I often find myself totally invested with a main character who's been through a lot. I really want to know more of their story. I really like Leese, I can understand why the mc chooses to not share their childhood history, but it also just makes me want to hug them both and tell them they'll be okay.
I enjoy your writing style, it's very descriptive and helps in the flow of the story. Some parts can be wordy, but to me that's quite easy to ignore since I do like reading through this story and learning more about the characters and situations.
All in all, best story I've read in months, even if it's still not complete :P
I adore your writing and as NB, I'm very impressed at how inclusive this IF is. Speaking of inclusivity, however, I played as an afab NB MC, and in a few scenes it referred to their vagina as "womanhood" and that ruined my immersion. I know it wasn't your intention to offend, especially considering how inclusive the IF itself is in general, but I can see this being dysphoric to other trans ppl.
Outside of this, I love everything about your IF. I've read through so many IFs that I thought there's nothing that could surprise me in an IF, but yours is a genuine delight to read. All the characters are interesting in their own way and it's so hard to pick just one romance option, and the way you handle virginity (especially in that one scene with Ly is so good. I don't usually play virgin MCs but I'm so glad I decided to try it out because I adore Ly in that scene, genuinely may have made them my favourite RO. (Leese is a strong contender tho.)

Finally finished reading the last update, still love this one so very much and am excited for it to continue!
Ngl, I haven't finished the game yet, but so far it's been amazing, but 2 "issues" I'd like to report are:
1- No images. It's a game set in history obviously, and I'm loving it, but sometimes I'd like to see the appearance of who I'm talking to and even see myself lol
2- No download for phone. Is something that really have oissed me off playing in browser sometimes make you loose your save (already happend 3 times) and i'd love to play it without internet also.
Anyway, great game Alahria, im enjoing every second of this history, and please, accept my apologies in advance if I'm stupid and these "problems" I mentioned don't exist or are things you've already dismissed as an idea.
Text based Interactive fiction strories aren't meant to have images. Most of them don't.
I know, i didnt really meant like a visual novel or something, just some arts to show us how the author imagined the characters or something, idk

I was just reading your comment, and saw that the game cannot be played on a phone.
While I was saddened that I couldn't play it on my android phone, I then tried to download the game and play it in Joiplay.
To my surprise, it worked for me while I hadn't gotten deep into the game, I am happy to see the game could be played in my phone with the Joiplay app.
I like this so much!!! and it was just so much fun to play it!!! I am not an english native speaker, so a lot of times is difficult for me to play IFs since sometimes I can't entirely understand what I'm reading, but for this one, I had not had that problem! everything was so clear ugg I don't know how to explain it haha... I JUST LOVE YOUR WRITTING! waaaaa can't wait for the next chapter¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡

ive finished the game and i really like it. i have some questions, i hope you can answer:
1.) what exactly do the guilt bar represent? mybe you can explain it to me?
=> depending on the level ofthe guilt bar, will it be responsible for certain events in the future? e.g. will a full guilt bar lead to an bad end OR will it lead to an automatically confession of MC?
2.) i personal was a little confused what the percentage of each skill means. to clarify: if i have 10% in a stat, does that mean MC is bad in that skill or is MC considered professional in each skill and each percentage number means she is getting more skilled? i hope you undertand what i mean ;)
3.) at the end of the version i checked the "final" stats i had with my companions and was wondering: if i choose the romance option with a character, that would mean that i "loose" the options that would increase the friendship bar. does this mean i can end up with high romance but low friendship? will there be an option (maybe when the relationship becomes official) that the friendship bar automaticly increases?
=> in my playthrough i had gabriel at 40% friendship (i think it said something about "he is your good friend" or somehting like that) and i only chose the friendly options; while i decided to romance lyth (chose mostly romance options and being friendly to him) and in the end only had 27% friendship.
again, really like your game, thank you for your game.

femininity and masculinity are a spectrum so it’s not really clear what that would entail anyway and there are certain things that would be offensive to people if automatically assumed feminine based on any person’s own individual definition of feminine. Long story short: that is something that is very divisive and not something that can be implemented very easily. Sorry but by catering to your interests, the author easily could be going against the interests of others. I don’t care either way, I’m okay with whatever the author decides but strong opinions do exist.

I just felt like every guy is buffed up beard having person (heck there are buffed up girls as well) The only one who feels feminine is probably the elf.
I suppose it would be possible to add options as to how NPC look(very little customization from beard to like face alignment?)

You are correct that this is a rather large request. All of my characters are planned out already, and I have no plans to make new ones. As Redgiga26 mentioned, there are complexities in character design. Creating characters that are not only relatable but respectful is important to me. When I create a character, I develop them as their own person and then imagine what they look like. If my vision doesn't align with what everyone wants, what can I say?
I also want to clarify that not everyone is buffed up: Gabriel and Leese, sure — they're knights who underwent physical training. Lyth, Admos, and Xiaowen are on the slender side, with one of them being pretty tall. If they're still not to your liking, then there's not much more I can do.
While I'm not able to cater to every individual preference, I have been considering letting players choose the heights of certain ROs because that's a relatively small adjustment that doesn't compromise my vision — it's something I discussed at some point. However, it's the only thing I'm willing to do at the moment.

I love this game so so so so so so much but I cannot get the saves to work no matter what I do. I got to about chapter three and lost hours worth of progress. I tried getting back, making sure I was logged in, turning off incognito, all of it, and just now I lost my progress again. I’m going to take a break from playing just for my mental sanity.
I'm very sorry you're having this issue. Just to clarify, when you save your game, does the save show up initially before you close the game, or does it not save at all?
Hi, if you're talking about "Save to disk" i also had this problem. Tried like 4 different browsers. The one that works for me is called "Brave" with lion icon :)

Just for clarification, it's mainly for mobile. I haven't encountered save problems for computer. :)
For now Opera GX seems to completely not work. Google/Chrome mostly seems fine, but saving does sometimes bug (I'm not sure what the condition for it is) and Kiwi Browser and Brave work the best.
It's not necessarily game's problem as it may be more of a browser problem (some other games are similar in terms of saving with this browsers).
Masterpiece. I'm into a lot of stories. My hobby is playing story games in my free time. This story brought tears to my eyes more than 5 times before I even fought the golem. My only path is a harem if possible or just focus on Lea. Lea is the best. She is the real heroine of the story. I'm angry that she was turned into a vampire. I'm going to kill the person who turned her into a vampire myself if possible! Imagining that Lea was one of a vampire's meals and that vampire was interested in her and only saw her as a delicious meal made me very angry. I would definitely kill that vampire if the story gave me the chance. Lea has been through a lot. I really want to see the MC to have a happy life with the family(Lover) after suffering for many years. I love this game. I love the story. It's a beautiful little world.
I think there is a problem somewhere in chapter 2, when Lady Tarron accompanied me to see Leese, he said something about my blood being heavy with arcane and the fact that he lost self-control. I did not go through this scene. Maybe it should’ve happened after we went to buy a new armor but he never tried anything and yet he told me that, so that’s why I think that a scene is missing.
i’m absolutely loving this IF so far, but i’ve just gotten to the point where you can decide your dynamic with Harus and … i’m a bit sussed out that it can be something romantic with him ? MC and him met when they (MC) was just a child (16) right? the implications of that relationship between them is a bit scary 😟

I'm sorry if it wasn't clear: the MC is almost 27, and the possible relationship with Harus started 3 years ago. If you're concerned about grooming, this was not the case. The dynamics between Harus and the MC will be explored, but it's important to note that nothing occurred until the MC was of age and initiated it themselves.
I hope this clears things up, and I'll try to word it more clearly in the story as well!
Super important question, is there any consecuense of flirting with everyone? I want my playthroug(? To focus on the love triangle but Idk how Admon would take the knowledge that I sleep with his brother 🤣 (English is not my firts language, apologies for any mistake lol)
I am so in love with your work! With your writing! I never thought I'd actually adore an MC in these kinds of things but you made them so amazing and they have an actual personality to boot! It didn't even felt like I was playing nor even customized the character myself--it felt like I was just all cozied up and reading an actual novel in my head! It was that natural with how you weaved everything!
I cannot wait to see how the story unfolds. The world is so interesting. The magic and the characters, it makes me so fascinated to learn more of it. I adore Lea so much but I also adore Gabriel, Lyari, Hestia--just everyone really! (Tho I am sad that we didn't get a Lea/Gabriel check up duo option in the castle haha!)

Hi, sorry for the late response and I'm sorry you're having this issue. Are the saves not being remembered each session?
They are working fine for me. If you're able to, could you try a different browser and see if that helps? Additionally, make sure your browser allows cookies and has local storage enabled. If you happen to be using incognito or private browsing mode, these can also prevent saves.

Replaying again! I must say, that Ly and Hestia are wonderful. Still amazed at how quickly I've got attached to MC.
Also, am I wrong or there was an option in 3 chapter for both Gabe and Leese/Lea to come check on MC?
This is such an intriguing and interesting story so far, I eagerly wait for more. Help, I'm addicted! XD
I'm so attached to the protagonist, I often find myself totally invested with a main character who's been through a lot. I really want to know more of their story. I really like Leese, I can understand why the mc chooses to not share their childhood history, but it also just makes me want to hug them both and tell them they'll be okay.
I enjoy your writing style, it's very descriptive and helps in the flow of the story. Some parts can be wordy, but to me that's quite easy to ignore since I do like reading through this story and learning more about the characters and situations.
All in all, best story I've read in months, even if it's still not complete :P
I adore your writing and as NB, I'm very impressed at how inclusive this IF is. Speaking of inclusivity, however, I played as an afab NB MC, and in a few scenes it referred to their vagina as "womanhood" and that ruined my immersion. I know it wasn't your intention to offend, especially considering how inclusive the IF itself is in general, but I can see this being dysphoric to other trans ppl.
Outside of this, I love everything about your IF. I've read through so many IFs that I thought there's nothing that could surprise me in an IF, but yours is a genuine delight to read. All the characters are interesting in their own way and it's so hard to pick just one romance option, and the way you handle virginity (especially in that one scene with Ly is so good. I don't usually play virgin MCs but I'm so glad I decided to try it out because I adore Ly in that scene, genuinely may have made them my favourite RO. (Leese is a strong contender tho.)
To all the dislikes, are you disliking just because this person is NB? If so, that’s terrible. Let people be who they are. Inclusivity is good for everyone. Everyone deserves to play IF games. If someone wants something changed on the NB path, why do you care if you’re not NB?

I appreciate you bringing the word choice to my attention. Inclusivity is very important to me, and I certainly didn't intend to cause any discomfort. In my effort to find less abrasive words, I realize now that I wasn't fully considering the words I chose, and I'm very sorry for that. I was scattered through things and not thinking clearly on this. I will go back and revise those scenes to use more neutral terms.
